The Sound of Music

In pre–World War II Austria, a spirited young woman leaves an abbey to become a governess for a strict widowed officer and his seven children. Through patience, warmth, and plenty of music, she helps transform a rigid household into a lively family—while growing tensions in the outside world begin to close in.
