During the 1972 Munich Olympics, an American sports broadcast team is jolted from routine coverage into reporting a fast-moving hostage crisis involving Israeli athletes. Confined largely to the control room, they scramble with limited information and analog-era tools while weighing what should be shown live and what responsibility the media carries in a tragedy.
